You may give this font to your friends to try out--or upload it to any Bulletin Board System--as long as all original files in this folder are distributed together (If you are a Shareware Font Distributor, please write Handcraftedfonts for a Master Disk and Licensing Information). The files that must be distributed together include:
** The original font file(s) -- with no subtraction, addition, or modification to its existing set of letterforms or images
** An "About This Font" text file -- with no modification to its contents
** A "Distribution" text file -- with no modification to its contents
** An "Order Form" text file -- with no modification to its contents
It must be made clear that this font is not the product of the distributor but the sole property of the designer. If you see this font being distributed by anyone as their own or without including the necessary companion files, please let us know.
Having said this, you are allowed TRANSLATE this font to ANY font format for ANY computer platform as long as you use a commercial font translation utility (such as Ares FontMonger) and you include the above-mentioned text files. You may not make any modifications to the letterforms or the contents of the text files. You must also include an additional text file called "Translation" which describes: the name and address of the translator; the translation utility used; and when it was translated. If you wish, non-English language translations of the text files may be included--but you must still include the English versions.
